The Living Edge
Welcome to a new, 8-month program that I am thrilled to be offering. Featuring themes of mapping, artmaking, narrative therapy, fairy tales, and nature-based approaches, this program gives you an opportunity to meet yourself in a creative space of possibility, with guidance and community as needed.
Read more below about the features and flow of this creative adventure, and be sure to subscribe to my newsletter/blog to get updates about this and other Fireside offerings.
Schedule and Pricing
The Living Edge begins every November, as we settle into the colder season (for us in the Northern Hemisphere). A great time to set intentions and commit to your own growth.
Between November and June, approximately every six weeks, you will receive an email with a PDF document, giving you art and nature-based directives, recommended readings, as well as body-focused activities to promote regulation, self-awareness and integration.
Each series has a theme connected to the journey around Tiny Island - a magical land of my own creation, where you will cycle through metaphorical landscapes in search of tools and treasures to enrich your life and support you through its challenges.
I intend for this program to be accessible, and have two pricing options available.
1) A self-directed program, with access to a private FB group as well as an invitation to the closing Summer Solstice retreat - $65 per month for a total of 8 months// $520 total
2) All the above, along with a once per month (online) session with me, a registered Art Therapist, to support your inner work and answer questions -
$88 per month // $700 total
(payment plans available)

TINY ISLAND SYMBOLS
MOON
The moon can symbolize many things - depending on culture and beliefs. A place often associated with the emotions, the shadow, and other hidden elements, as well as the feminine, the Moon's transformative and mystical elements have been fascinating, inspiring, and sometimes terrifying humans since the beginning of time.
FIRE
Likewise, fire has powerful and transformative meanings that can be archetypal and also personal. It can be destructive and yet still leave new growth in its wake. It can be a place of gathering, and source of survival energy, or a way to harm and isolate others. Fire can teach us about our own inner destructive, transformative qualities as well as what gathering in a circle means for us.

An event to bring together those who have made the trip around Tiny Island, at The Living Edge, in a peaceful West Kootenay location. Time to rest, time to sit by the river, time in circle and time alone. We'll have good food and yoga and make art in celebration of the Summer Solstice, and the months of inner work that led us here, together.
