It's me - a curious little snail inching my way through life - taking five years to complete a refresh of my website and planning to revive my blog, as well (just...not quite yet...)
I'll be writing here every four weeks or so, sharing words about art therapy, seasonal metaphors, developmental psychology, life transitions and other creative and professional musings as I fumble upwards and onwards in the mystery of it all.
Wishing everyone a gentle transition to autumn, and may we all find graceful (when we can), messy (at times) ways of showing up for our loved ones and for the struggles in the world, in whatever ways we can.
Nature always works with the ultimate balance, and it is my deep hope that humans can find a peaceful place in this balance.
